I’ve been quiet here. Not elsewhere.
I wrote four books and put them into one volume: The Apex Frame.
We’ve been blowing up on Instagram. I’ve also developed a few full-scale apps.
Books. An audience. Software. Different outputs. Same underlying subject.
Your frame.
The thing underneath everything else
As far as I’m concerned, your frame is the most important thing to understand in the modern world.
Everybody has instructions for you. What to want. What to believe. What to feel guilty about. What you’re allowed to say. How much ambition is acceptable before somebody gets uncomfortable.
Then you get handed another feed, another strategy, another AI tool.
Fine. But who’s using it?
A man creating what he wants? Or a man with better equipment for chasing approval?
Frame is the psychological container underneath your thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and actions. The position you’re operating from. It shapes what you pursue, what you tolerate, how you handle resistance, and whether you act at all.
You can know exactly what to do and still refuse to do it. You can make money and remain ashamed of wanting it. You can look successful while one person’s disapproval runs your entire afternoon.
Another tactic doesn’t resolve that contradiction.
Four books. One volume.
1. The Slave’s Prison. Recognize the frame you’ve been living inside: resentment, inherited shame, false humility, and the cultural machinery that makes ambition feel like something to apologize for.
2. The Apex Will. Move from external permission and shame-driven “should” to internally affirmed worth, authentic want, and the Win-Win position. Stop making every outcome a ruling on who you are.
3. The Apex in the Arena. Take that into action. Criticism. Inaction. Self-sabotage. The lag between deciding what you want and actually living it. Holding your frame when there’s friction—not just when you’re alone feeling inspired.
4. The Apex’s Dominion. Bring it into how you create, persuade, lead, handle rejection, and conduct your relationships. The move from performing a position to inhabiting it.
That’s The Apex Frame. Not a dating manual with a few business metaphors attached. Not a collection of confidence tricks.
The work is about the man underneath the tactics. The frame from which he thinks, wants, builds, relates, and lives.
Philosophy, faith, culture, and practical action all enter into it. These are tools to use, not a new religion of rules to beat yourself with. The aim is embodiment, not memorizing my vocabulary.
What you’ll get here
I’ll be writing here again, with room to go further than a reel.
Frame in the modern world. Shame, status, cultural pressure, competing narratives, and who gets to set the terms of your own life.
Frame in relationships. Attraction, marriage, polarity, boundaries, and the difference between leading and needing control.
Frame in building. Business, money, sales, technology, and what I’m learning while developing the apps and growing the audience. Making things instead of endlessly preparing to make them.
The Instagram posts, the books, and the apps aren’t separate personalities. They’re places this gets expressed.
Frame doesn’t replace skill or make reality obey you. It changes the position from which you meet reality. You can pursue the result without needing it to grant you worth. You can change the approach without collapsing with it.
That’s why the Apex Frame belongs in all of it.
The book gives you the full treatment. Here, we’ll get into how it plays out.
